Cooperative Collections

The Rend Lake College Learning Resource Center works with other libraries in Illinois on grant-funded collection development activities. The materials purchased with grant funds are available to patrons of the Rend Lake College LRC and are made available to patrons of other libraries through interlibrary loan. The goal of the cooperative projects is to strengthen the individual library’s collection in subject areas that best meet the needs of their users while building a broader, richer collection of materials for all library users in Illinois.
