Lady Warriors Setting Up for the Attack
INA – Aug. 1 was the first day the Rend Lake College Lady Warriors volleyball players practiced together as a team. Up until then, coach Sara Crews had only met with small groups of players at open gym and for four days when a skeleton crew assisted with a summer volleyball camp at the college. According to Crews, their initial chemistry is setting things up for a great season.
Etnier To Hold Baseball Tryouts
The Rend Lake College Warrior baseball team will hold walk-on tryouts at 10 a.m. Sunday, August 12, at the baseball field on the RLC campus in Ina.Anyone enrolled as a full-time Rend Lake College student is eligible for these tryouts. Anyone interested is encouraged to come to the ball field the day of the tryouts. No advanced contact is required.

INA – Rend Lake College cager Nathan Owen will be suiting up in the fall for Coach Derrin Hansen and the Mavericks at the University of Nebraska - Omaha.
Fore! Lady Warrior Golfers Moving on to Four-Year Programs
INA – Almost every sophomore Lady Warriors linkster has signed to play at four-year programs in the fall. Out of the four sophomores on the Rend Lake College squad, only one has chosen to pass up recruiting efforts and chase her academic dream away from the greens.
