Rend Lake College seeks a full-time RECORDS SPECIALIST to administer school policy as it relates to registration and academic records; provide information to students, faculty advisors, administration and the general public within the rules of the release of information policy; maintain and update permanent academic records; certify student enrollment and eligibility; provide quality customer service; and other duties as assigned. Full-time nontenure-track position.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Associate Degree from accredited institution required, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
  • Good computer skills required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office required.
  • All candidates will be required to successfully pass abackground screening process.
SALARY & BENEFITS
  • Salary $25,000-$28,000, commensurate with education & experience.
  • Full benefits.
  • Free tuition for employee, spouse and dependents.
