Do you love to garden? Do you like cooking with all your fresh produce? Are you interested in learning new ways to cook those fresh fall vegetables? In this instructive class we will discuss how to identify, harvest, and prepare your fall vegetables. A University of Illinois Extension Master Gardener will explain the basics of how to grow vegetables in gardens/raised beds. Then you will join Chef Fairbanks in the RLC Culinary kitchen to prepare and taste some mouthwatering dishes inspired by international flavors. 

$15 (Plus a $5 supply fee)
