Regardless of your fitness level or yoga experience, these classes will benefit you. Yoga improves blood flow, flexibility, muscle strength, posture, bone health, your   immune system, blood pressure, focus, balance, and much more. No experience necessary! Students of all fitness   levels are welcome! Please bring your own yoga mat and something to drink.
