Kids, are you interested in learning how to run your own bakeshop? Join RLC professional pastry chef, Jeff Fairbanks, to learn skills in baking and pastry techniques. Campers will work alongside Chef Jeff and RLC pastry students during the morning session to create delicious bakery items. In the afternoon, campers will meet with the RLC Career Tech Support Team to learn more about planning, cost analysis, production, marketing and sales. The final afternoon, kids will get to experience a Grand Opening Ceremony for the RLC Bakeshop.
Registration & Payment Options
Register online at www.rlc.coursestorm.com or register by phone. Payment may be made by check, money order, credit/debit card or cash and must be received at the time of registration. Space is limited, so be sure to register early!
Refund and Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be issued for cancellations received one week prior to the first day of camp. RLC cannot provide make-up sessions or partial refunds for days missed. RLC reserves the right to cancel any camps that do not meet minimum enrollment—the registration fee will be fully refunded.
RLC staff will collect your camper at the end of their morning camp, supervise their lunch, and drop them off with their afternoon leader. Parents may drop their camper off at their 9am camp and pick up at 3:30pm following their afternoon session. Campers need to bring a sack lunch and beverage each day.
