Bread Making Basics

Open the door to the world of breads in this new two night class! This class will explore the basics of baking artisan style breads at home. The first class will be spent preparing a dough to sit overnight (a “preferment”) to use as a foundation for the next day’s breads.  During the next session you will prepare and bake Baguettes and Multi Grain Loafs. Finish class ready to perfect and enjoy your new recipes, gift them to friends and family, or freeze them for special occasions.
$40 (Plus a $10 supply fee)
