Veterinary Assistant Instructor (Part-Time)

Rend Lake College seeks a part-time VETERINARY ASSISTANT INSTRUCTOR to teach Veterinary Assistant and related classes for Rend Lake College's Allied Health Division. The successful candidate will demonstrate instructional skills that provide high quality students learning and engagement. // Part-time nontenure-track position.

QUALIFICATIONS

Associates Degree required
Minimum of 2 years' work experience in a veterinary facility is required.
Pet grooming experience preferred.
Teaching experience preferred.
All candidates will be required to successfully pass a background screening process.

SALARY & BENEFITS

$33 per contact hour for first-time college instructors.
Free tuition for employee after four semesters.
