Position Available: Electrical Technician
Basic job requirements include:
• Assemble and wire electrical components onto enclosure back panels according to electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Install enclosures, electrical panels, and peripheral components—including motors, sensors, and switches—onto machinery.
• Complete electrical connections between components and machine systems. • Apply power to completed assemblies and troubleshoot electrical issues as needed.
• Test and verify electrical circuits to ensure proper operation and reliable performance.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Skills & qualifications:
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, assembly prints, and wiring diagrams.
• Experience with electrical panel assembly and machine wiring.
• Proficiency using a multimeter for electrical testing and troubleshooting.
• Ability to troubleshoot both energized and de-energized circuits while following appropriate electrical safety procedures.
• Understanding of conductor sizing based on electrical load requirements. •
Knowledge of conduit sizing based on wire fill requirements.
• Ability to bend EMT conduit up to 1 inch using a hand bender.
• Proficiency with common hand and power tools, including screwdrivers, wire strippers, crimpers, cordless drills and drivers, tap wrenches, and wrenches and strong wiring and soldering skills, with an emphasis on producing neat, professional-quality assemblies.
• Ability to work efficiently in limited-access spaces.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good work ethic - good attendance, good interpersonal relationships, willing to learn and able to follow directions- and attention to detail is a must.
• College coursework or certificate/degree in Industrial Maintenance, Industrial Electricity or similar with 3+ years’ experience is a plus.
Pay Range: $22-$28/hour, depending on experience
Position Available: Experienced Machinists
Basic job requirements include:
• Operation of CNC lathe, knee mill, Okuma & Hurco mills.
• General machining of parts to customer orders (not mass production.)
• Successful candidates will have at minimum of 4-6 years’ experience, strong math skills, good verbal skills, attention to detail & good work ethic.
• Certificate or associate's degree in Industrial Technology or similar, with 3-5 years’ experience in a machine shop setting is a plus.

Pay Range: $25-35/hour, depending on experience
Position Available: Assembly Mechanic
Basic job requirements include:
• Experience in blueprint reading, PLCs, CNC, and electrical is required.
• Use of core skills in mechanical knowledge – hand tools, calipers, micrometers, schematics – is required.
• Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2-4 years’ experience as an auto or diesel mechanic.
• Experience with welding and metal fabrication is a plus.
• Good work ethic -good attendance, good interpersonal relationships, willing to learn and able to follow directions- and attention to detail is a must.
• College coursework or certificate/degree in Industrial Maintenance, Industrial Technology or Automotive/Diesel Technology, with 3+ years’ experience is a plus
Job Type: Full-time, day shift position
Pay Range: $19-$27/hour, depending on experience
