Rend Lake College seeks a part-time Food Service Associate for the RLC Foundation Children’s Center at the main Ina Campus. This individual will develop daily menus that follow USDA standards for children; prepare daily breakfast, snack, and lunch items; maintain a clean and sanitized work area; Track inventory and place orders; clean kitchen tools and equipment as needed; stock and organize food inventory; ensure product satisfaction; maintain and/or ability to obtain Department of Public Health Food Sanitation License; follow all requirements and regulations as defined by the Department of Public Health and Food Sanitation.
