Key Responsibilities

• Seasonal Grounds Maintenance: Perform lawn care, mowing, edging, and general property upkeep.
• Landscape Cleanup: Clear brush, leaf buildup, debris, and maintain vegetation across designated commercial and public sites.
• Winter Operations: Assist with seasonal snow removal, ice management, and winter safety maintenance.
• Safety & Standards: Maintain a safe, clean work environment while consistently representing our brand professionally on site.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, or snow removal experience is a plus, but training is available for reliable candidates.
• Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and dependability are essential.
• Safety First: Commitment to following safe work practices at all times.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work part-time or project-based hours based on seasonal and client needs.
