Rend Lake College seeks part-time SECURITY GUARDS. Positions are needed for:
- Nights and weekends at the main campus in Ina
- Days, evenings and weekends at the RLC MarketPlace in Mt. Vernon
Essential duties include:
- Patrolling interiors and exteriors of campus facilities and structures.
- Enforcing all campus rules and regulations.
- Report all emergencies/criminal activity to campus police and/or local law enforcement.
- Monitoring campus electrical/mechanical systems.
- Ensuring that all campus facilities are secure.
- Investigating reports of crimes and violations.
- Assisting campus personnel, students, and guests when needed.
Job duties may be performed at the Rend Lake College campus in Ina or at the Rend Lake College Marketplace in Mt. Vernon.
