INA, Ill. (October 1, 2025) — Rend Lake College is excited to announce that tickets are on sale for the 2025 Fall Play: Anne of Green Gables.
This play, directed by RLC Theatre Professor Tracey Webb, is a family-friendly, classic comedy based on the novel by L.M. Montgomery and dramatized by Joseph Robinette. It follows the antics and adventures of orphan Anne Shirley, who is adopted by an elderly Canadian brother and sister in need of help with their farm chores. Red-headed and outspoken, Anne gets into many mishaps, but she manages to use her loquaciousness to get out of trouble and eventually charm the locals into becoming her lifelong friends.
