INA, Ill. (Dec. 19, 2023)—Rend Lake College celebrated the successes of the Fall 2023 Adult Education graduating students.

On December 14, 2023, Adult Ed. students celebrated their graduating students for the successful completion of the State of Illinois High School Diploma.
The Fall 2023 graduating students were (in alphabetical order): Pearl Baker, Garrett Broadway, Cassaundra Buchanan, Jamie Edmonds, Kenyada Fisher, Devin Frost, Emma Goddard, Kesha Holland, Jordan Prosise, Monica Ryan, Anthony Sanderson, Sara Shehorn, Jerica Waters, and Madyson Williams.

These students, enrolled in RLC Adult Ed. Program, met the requirements to earn their State of Illinois High School Diploma by attending GED classes and passing in comprehensive tests in four core subjects: Language Arts, Math, Science, and Social Studies.
The Skills Center provides relevant and accessible education opportunities to their students. Students who have gone through the program are prepared to either continue on to higher education or start pursuing a career.
