Halloween draws costumes, big and small, to RLC campus (standalone photos)

INA, Ill. (Oct. 31, 2016) - Donning their Halloween costumes, children enrolled at the Rend Lake College Foundation Children's Center received candy and treats from their parents, RLC Faculty, RLC Staff and students Monday morning in the center's playground area.
