Illinois Mining Institute awards Ragan $250 scholarship
Tyler Ragan, RIGHT, of McLeansboro was awarded an Illinois Mining Institute (IMI) scholarship today in RLC's Coal Mining Training Center for the Fall 2014 semester. Ragan is a sophomore in RLC's Mining Technology program. The 20-year-old said he plans to work in the mines either locally or out-of-state after his May 2015 graduation.
