Infinity Tool MFG invests $10k into students' futures

INA, Ill. (Sept. 30, 2019) - Infinity Tool MFG, a Benton business focused on the manufacture of rock drilling consumables, including PDC bits and PDC reamers, made an investment in the area’s future, presenting the Rend Lake College Machining Program with a generous $10,000 donation. 

"Strong partnerships with area businesses like Infinity Tool, helps ensure Rend Lake College's ability to maintain relevant technologies and equipment that are critical for quality instruction.  We are grateful for their very generous investment in our Machining Program and the opportunities it creates for our students," Rend Lake College Foundation CEO Kay Zibby-Damron.

The donation will ensure that machining students are working with equipment that will prepare them to enter the workforce, and effort born out of the Pathways, Progress & Partnerships initiative. RLC continues to seek partnerships with community industry to ensure students are ready to transition from classroom to career.
