This is a Registered Apprenticeship program through the US Department of Labor, meaning graduates will receive a certification that meets federal standards for this occupation. This certification is highly regarded and will be a valuable addition to your résumé.

**Guaranteed Pay Raises**

The program offers a formula-based pay structure with annual wage increases. You'll also receive an additional pay bump upon completing the program.

**Inclusive for All Ages**
