Eggemeyer Associates Architects selected for Capital Development project
The board approved Eggemeyer Associates Architects of Herrin as the Architectural/Engineering Firm for Capital Development Board Project No. 810-078-025, pending Capital Development Board approval at its February meeting, effective January 8, 2019. Using the Qualifications-Based Selection (QBS) Process, Eggemeyer Associates Architects was chosen as the leading candidate to serve as the firm on CDB Project No. 810-078-025 based on their knowledge and previous experience of similar projects and the knowledge they have of this institution. This project includes the replacement of the Learning Resource Center (LRC) Fire Doors and the Advanced Technology Center (ATC) Air Handler. Pending Capital Development Board Approval in their February meeting.

In other business, the board ...

• Approved the first reading of recommended policy revisions to allow part-time employees who consistently work 30-35 hours per week to become eligible to receive four personal days per year.
• Ratified the payment of college expenses, including travel expense reimbursements, as presented.
