Notable News:

On April 22, 2025, the RLC Board of Trustees seated a new Board after the adjournment of Board sine die. The new board elected the following officers: 

• Larry Manning - Chair
• Brian Dorris - Vice Chair
• Jeff Jones - Secretary

The board made the following appointments:

• John Gulley - Treasurer
• Ron Daniels - ICCTA Representative
• Brian Drew - Board Attorney

Under Personnel, the Board:

• Accepted with regret the resignation of Christi Rich, effective April 25, 2025.
• Accept with regret the resignation of Seth McFarland, effective May 1, 2025.
