RLC Foundation hosts High Tea event (standalone photos)

INA, Ill. (Feb. 10, 2017) - Rend Lake College Foundation CEO Kay Zibby-Damron, CENTER, welcomes a room full of ladies to the second High Tea event hosted by the RLCF Tuesday afternoon.
