MT. VERNON, Ill. (May 4, 2016) - For the second consecutive year, Centralia’s Diane Morgan took the Best of Show trophy from the Rend Lake College MarketPlace Car Show. The fourth annual event was held last month in Mt. Vernon with all proceeds benefitting automotive scholarships for future RLC students.
