Institutional Research and Analysis Specialist (Full Time)

Rend Lake College seeks a full-time Institutional Research and Analysis Specialist. This position will assist with the preparation of ICCB, IPEDS, enrollment, accreditation, and state and federal reports.  Collection and organization of data and data analysis will be required to maintain accuracy in student information; assist with quality improvement; recognize trends and opportunities to improve processes and workflow; and to supply needed data to various faculty and staff for the completion of numerous institutional reports and grant applications. This individual will collect and provide data for Program Review, accreditation, accountability studies, grant applications, and quality improvement; work with various departments to improve efficiencies and communicate those needs to I.T.; maintain and provide regular enrollment data to college administration; assist with survey construction, development of survey instruments, and design of survey protocols and procedures; and other duties as assigned. //50 week, non-tenure track position.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Associate degree from an accredited institution required, Bachelor's preferred.
  • Excellent computer skills required.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills required.
  • Statistical experience/coursework preferred, but not required.
  • Experience with PowerCampus is also a plus.
  • All candidates will be required to successfully pass a background screening process,
SALARY & BENEFITS
  • $32,000-$35,000 or commensurate with education and experience
