LCFS has job opportunities and Internships available.  Our child welfare services in several regions have the following positions available with the corresponding locations listed below. ***Please share with your graduating students, alumni and Colleagues in Sociology, Psychology and Criminal Justice programs whose students and alumni may also be interested.* **

- **Child Welfare Specialists**: Chicago, Oakbrook, Springfield, Decatur, Mt. Vernon, O’Fallon
- **Bi-Lingual Child Welfare Specialists:  **Chicago, Oakbrook
- **Counselors**: Decatur, Springfield, Mt. Vernon or O’Fallon, Chicago and Joliet
- **Child Welfare Supervisors**: Chicago

 

**360 Youth Services**, now affiliated with LCFS, is seeking the following positions:

 

- Case managers
- Clinical Therapist for transitional housing and community
- Behavioral Health Specialist
- Project Manager

LCFS Professional Development is led by two Master’s Level Professional Development Trainers who provide an engaging virtual environment for new workers/clinicians for six months covering both the DCFS policies and documents as well as the often difficult nature of engagement and rapport building with children and families and covering trauma informed care topics.
