LCFS Professional Development is led by two Master’s Level Professional Development Trainers who provide an engaging virtual environment for new workers/clinicians for six months covering both the DCFS policies and documents as well as the often difficult nature of engagement and rapport building with children and families and covering trauma informed care topics.
