Our new print management system gives students the ability to self-manage printing needs efficiently and securely.

Print Management Guide

Users can view monetary balance, total number of print jobs, total printed pages, balance history and view details of how printing at RLC impacts the environment.
Will I have to pay for my printing?
Yes. However, RLC will provide students with $15.00 worth (approx. 150 B&W pages) of printing credit at the beginning of each semester.
Can I add credit to my account if I run out?
Yes. Students will be able to add funds to their accounts by either using the online PayPal payment portal or by seeing an authorized print management administrator.
Will I be able to print if I don’t have credit in my account?
No. The RLC Print Management system will not let you send a print job if you lack sufficient funds to complete the job.
Will I be able to print from my personal laptop or mobile device?
Yes. Using the Web Print link on your Print Management web portal page will allow you to print from your personal device to a limited number of printers on campus.
How much will it cost to print?

Printing will cost $0.10 per page for B&W and $0.25 per page for color.

How will printing work in the computer labs and classrooms?

You will submit your print job just like you do now; however, before it is sent to the printer you will be prompted to enter your credentials.

What if I don’t know my username and password to log in?

PaperCut uses the same credentials as all your other RLC services, including Canvas.

Where can I find a print management administrator to add funds to my print management account?
Authorized print management administrators are located at the LRC circulation desk and in the business office on campus and at the RLCMP and Murphy Wall locations.
Why is RLC using a print management system?
It is the intent of RLC to provide students with the ability to effectively self-manage their printing needs campus wide.
How do I log into my RLC Print Management Web Portal?

You will use the same credentials that you log into Canvas with to log into your RLC Print Management Web Portal.

If I’m no longer a student at RLC, will I still be able to print?
Guest printing will be available in the LRC on a pay per print basis.
What happens to money on student accounts for unused prints at the end of the semester?
Money will not be refunded. Account will be zeroed out at the end of the semester.
