About This Position
Rend Lake College seeks a full-time Custodian; 2nd shift position at the Ina campus. This person will perform custodial duties to ensure campus buildings are thoroughly cleaned. Operate College equipment and monitor the physical condition of campus grounds, facilities, furniture, and equipment, and report damage or potentially hazardous conditions to the Supervisor-Custodians and/or Campus Security.
//Full Time (50 week) non-tenure-track position.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Valid Illinois driver's license required
- Experience with cleaning procedures and floor maintenance equipment strongly preferred
- All candidates will be required to successfully pass a background screening process
- All candidates will be required to successfully pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen
- Minimum of one year’s experience in the custodial field, preferred.
- Must work well with others
Salary & Benefits
- $36,000 or commensurate with experience
- Full-Time benefits including health insurance, dental, vision and like insurance; retirement benefits; and paid time off
