Job Description - Customer Service
Salary: |

Pay period consists of Sunday to Sunday |
|
Starting at $17.00 per hour (salary is negotiable) |
|
Monday thru Friday 8:00AM-4:00PM, (am willing to work with school hours) will receive paid 30 minutes for lunch |
|
Not to exceed 40 hours, this is self-managed by employee. |

Tasks required to be able to Perform: These may require additional training to be received |

Follow Company Procedures, Work Instructions & Policies |
|
Answer Phone in professional manner as instructed, may use a script. |
|
Use the POS system proficiently (QuickBooks online, Google docs, and Fullbay) |
|
Enter data into Productivity System, communicate/work with Technicians |
|
Take mail as needed to Post Office |
|
Write checks to vendors as needed |
|
Enter expenses & income in to appropriate spreadsheet |
|
Use email as needed |
|
Use Customer Requested Procedures (in our binder or on shared documents) |
|
Invoice customers, at counter, via email, via scanned & emailed, via US Mail, etc |
|
Send statements to customers as required |
|
Process customer payments |
|
Contact customers for PO#’s as needed. |
|
Record Vendor payments in our Operating Systems |
|
Perform Vendor Reconciliation in timely fashion/as instructed |
|
Perform entries/operations with all the 3rd Party Billing Companies we & customers use. |
|
Keep candy bowl stocked |
|
Run Parts as needed |
|
Assist all personnel at company |
