Hamilton Memorial Hospital Registered Nurse – FT Med/Surg and ED

 Hamilton Memorial Hospital District has an immediate need for a Full Time Med/Surg and Emergency Department Registered Nurse. At HMHD our mission is to enhance the delivery of healthcare to our community and the surrounding area by providing accessible quality healthcare services. 

 Med/Surg and Emergency Department Nurse Responsibilities:

• Performs the primary functions of a registered nurse in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of all assigned patients ages newborn through geriatric.
• Responsible for managing all assigned personnel, supplies, and equipment on the unit they are assigned and for promoting team work with physicians and personnel of other departments.
• Responsible for meeting established standards of nursing care.

Pay Scale: $29.17-$42.00 per hour

Requirements

• Graduated from an accredited school of nursing and compliance with the Nurse Practice Act of the state of Illinois regarding professional nursing
• Current license with the Illinois Department of Professional Regulation
• CPR certification
• ACLS encouraged
• EPIC EMR experience preferred
