General Laborer Position (Full Time)
This position involves various duties around a grain elevator, including dumping grain, loading trucks, and sweeping out grain bins. This position involves mixing and loading fertilizer during the peak planting and application seasons and requires attention to detail. This is a full-time hourly position with benefits after a 60-day probationary period.
Seasonal Seed & Chemical Operations
(Full-Time or Part-Time (April-July))
This position supports spring and summer agronomy operations by assisting with seed and crop protection product handling, loading, delivery preparation, and general facility support. This role is critical during peak planting and application seasons and requires attention to detail, safe work practices, and the ability to work in a fast-paced agriculture environment. Full-time position will be hourly with benefits after a 60-day probationary period. Part-time position could consist of a 40-70-hour work week from April to July, depending on weather and operational needs.
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
Valid driver's license required
Basic Knowledge of farming or agronomy operations preferred
Willingness to work extended hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends during peak season
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to safety and compliance standards
