Nursing Lab Assistant (Part-time)

About This Position

 

Rend Lake College seeks a part-time professional Nursing Lab Assistant. This individual: maintains, cleans and adjusts laboratory equipment to keep it in good working order; identifies equipment in need of repair and notifies lead instructor, and identifies equipment in need of replacement / upgrade and initiates supply list; maintains equipment and supplies for nursing program; sets up and breaks down all supplies and equipment required for each laboratory class; operates laboratory equipment required to support instructional programs; and other duties as assigned. // Part-time, grant-funded, nontenure-track position, up to 24 hours per week.

Qualifications
  • Associate in Applied Science Degree in Nursing required.
  • Experience working in a nursing lab preferred but not required.
  • All candidates will be required to successfully pass a background screening




 
Salary & Benefits
  • $25 per hour
