Job Description:
Structural Steel Detailer. Structural steel detailing is the precise process of creating detailed plans, drawings, and 3D models that bridge structural engineering design with actual construction. It involves transforming architectural designs into fabrication-ready instructions, ensuring accurate manufacturing, assembly, and erection of steel members (beams, columns) on-site. Your drawings will be used to fabricate a truckload of steel, to be delivered to the jobsite, which will ultimately become a building.
You will be the bridge between an architect's vision and the actual product. Structural steel detailers take that vision and overcome the real-world issues to make the construction industry possible.

Job Qualifications:
Drafting and CAD experience required. SDS2 or other structural detailing experience is preferred.
