2024 Adult Education Program Graduation Ceremony

INA, Ill. (June 21, 2024) — Rend Lake College held a ceremony on June 12, 2024, to celebrate students who successfully completed the Adult Education Program. Three graduates, along with their friends and family, gathered in the RLC Events Center to celebrate their accomplishments.

The ceremony featured a welcome speech, led by the Director of Adult Education and Family Literacy, Dr. Linda Stasko, the presentation of certificates from Dr. Linda Stasko and the Student Services Coordinator, Vickie Golliher. Final thoughts were presented by Tim Reynolds.

2024 Graduates: John Hayes, Caden Jenkins, Steven Kiem, Autumn Lee, Samantha Overturf, Kyle Spencer, Hayle Taylor and Makenzie Workman

Makenzie Workman plans to further her education and attend college after receiving her degree.

Hayle Taylor attended the RLC Skills Center Career Planning Bridge course and researched various fields based on her interests and skills. She plans to start RLC classes in the fall.
