INA, Ill. (September 24, 2026) — The cast is set and tickets are on sale for The Jungle Book, Nov. 5-8, at Rend Lake College.
This play, directed by RLC Theatre Professor Tracey Webb, intertwines the original tale of Mowgli and his jungle pals with the tale of Rudyard Kipling, a Bombay native sent to a boarding school facing a new kind of jungle. Filled with excitement and humor, the play highlights the struggle of good versus evil, the worth of friendship, and the importance of loyalty and other values required for surviving the "law of the jungle."
