Kids Summer Camps get creative on RLC's campus (standalone photos)

INA, Ill. (June 17, 2016) - Youth of all ages beat the heat this week during Kids Summer Camps at Rend Lake College. Experiments and science projects were a hit in Garbage Pail Science, Blastoff! and Survivor camps. Others chose to get creative with their dessert in Chefs of Tomorrow and My Buddy & Me Cake Creations camps. A group of girls also spent some quality time with their favorite toys during Dolly & Me Adventure Camp.

Buhl launches rocket WGabriella Buhl of Mt. Vernon, SITTING RIGHT, launched her rocket Thursday afternoon after a week of preparations in Blastoff! Camp. This year, the camp spent most of the day launching all 14 rockets while family and friends cheered.
