INA, Ill. (January 26, 2023) — Are you interested in a career that combines cutting-edge technology with the ability to make a real difference in people's lives? Look no further than the radiologic technology program at Rend Lake College.
RLC's radiologic technology program is designed to prepare students for a career as a radiologic technologist, a highly skilled professional who uses imaging technology such as X-rays, CT scans, and MRI to assist doctors in diagnosing and treating medical conditions. Graduates of the program will be qualified to work in a variety of settings, including hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic imaging centers.
To help prospective students learn more about the program and what it takes to succeed, RLC is hosting a series of information sessions on the Ina Campus. These sessions will feature presentations by program officials and faculty, as well as tours of the college's facilities.
The following open house sessions will be held in Applied Technology Center Room 118 on the Ina Campus:
Tuesday, January 31 at 1:00 pm
Wednesday, February 15 at 2:00 pm
Friday, March 3 at 12:00 pm
Tuesday, March 28 at 1:00 pm
Friday, April 21 at 12:00 pm
All of the sessions will last approximately 30 minutes.
Attendees will learn about the program's curriculum, application process, and entrance requirements. They will also have the opportunity to ask questions and get a sense of what it's like to be a student in the program.
