Pfizer vaccine clinic held on RLC campus

 Pfizer COVID Vaccine Clinic

INA, Ill. (Sept. 1, 2021) -- Clinician Betty Deters readies a needle Wednesday afternoon during a Pfizer COVID-19 vaccination clinic, which was held in the gym on the Rend Lake College campus . The clinic was administered by the Illinois Department of Public Health, and it was open to RLC students, faculty and staff . Officials at the site said there were 22 doses given out in the first hour. Other appointments were scheduled for later on that evening.
 
The vaccine clinic will be on campus until 6 p.m. A second clinic for the second and last dose of the Pfizer vaccine is scheduled for Sept. 22 . You can schedule an appointment by clicking here.
