INA, Ill. (Aug. 8, 2023)—Join us Friday, September 8 from 5:00 p.m. – 9 p.m. to learn how to make Sushi with Chef Jeff Fairbanks.
This workshop is designed to introduce Sushi lovers to the basics of making their own Japanese style Sushi at home. The workshop covers terminology, equipment needed to produce Sushi at home, basic techniques, sanitation, and safety concerns. No special equipment is needed, but comfortable clothing is recommended.
Takes place at Rend Lake College Ina Campus, Student Center: Room 120. $20 (Plus $15 supply fee to instructor).
