Musgrave, the Director of Programs of Study for the Regional Office of Education #21, has been active for many years with a number of RLC’s Advisory Committees. Throughout those years, she has collaborated with over 15 programs to help develop a curriculum sequence beginning in ninth grade.

According to her nomination, Musgrave has “been a long-standing participant and champion for the work completed by Advisory Committees. She has dedicated herself to ensuring students are provided with a seamless and smooth transition from secondary to post-secondary school through her work.”

The first Certificate of Appreciation was awarded to Katie Karcher, owner of Seasonings Bistro in Benton and 2009 RLC Culinary Arts graduate. She was nominated for her continued support of the program and for encouraging students through numerous cooperative opportunities.
