Her response to even the smallest concerns is consistently accurate, helpful and compassionate. Whether it’s helping students at events like Fun Fest, Kickstart Your Journey or the Amazing Career Race, or stepping into her role as a confidant for staff, Rogers’ dedication knows no bounds.

“Kim doesn’t just solve problems,” Frank shared. “She ensures they never go unresolved, even if it means extra work. She takes every issue to heart and fights hard to make sure her colleagues are supported.”

Over the years, Rogers has also faced challenges, such as navigating the intricacies of insurance and billing. However, her determination to advocate on behalf of RLC’s employees has shone through. Rather than handing out phone numbers or passing the responsibility back, she works tirelessly to get the answers needed. From initial concerns to final resolutions, Rogers is there every step of the way.

This award highlights not only Rogers’ incredible 25-year tenure but also her profound impact on the culture and success of RLC. Rogers is more than deserving of the title Outstanding Staff Member of the Year. She’s a shining example of what makes RLC such a special community.

Please join us in celebrating Kim Rogers for her years of dedication, her wealth of knowledge and her genuine compassion for every member of the RLC family.
