MT. VERNON, Ill. (July 9, 2014) - To kick off this weekend, the Kingsmen Auto Club of Mt. Vernon will be welcoming Tri-5 Chevys and Rat Rods at the July 11 Cruise Night, hosted at the Rend Lake College MarketPlace.
The Cruise Night will begin at 6 p.m. Friday with live music by Hot Rod Nights, prizes, a 50/50 drawing, discounts to MarketPlace retailers, and more family fun. All automobile entrants will be given plaques for participation. The event will end at 9 p.m.
Also making an appearance at the Cruise Night will be WDML for live remotes from the event. They will be giving away Sammy Hagar concert tickets from 6 - 8 p.m. To register for the tickets, stop by the RLC Golf Outlet. The concert is scheduled for 7:30 p.m., Saturday, July 19 at the Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre in Maryland Heights, Mo.
