INA, Ill. (May 14, 2025) — Rend Lake College was thrilled to host welders at the Artistic Welding Workshop! This brand-new event guided attendees through creating art with welding.
Led by the incredible talent of Cydni Wrobel, a proud alumna of RLC, seven enthusiastic participants came together to craft stunning metal roses, proving that welding is as much about creativity as it is about craftsmanship.
The Artistic Welding Workshop was part of the Innovative Bridge Transition Grant, a program designed to inspire non-traditional welders interested in a welding career and engage them with hands-on experience.
