INA, IL (Feb. 23, 2022) -- Rend Lake College, in cooperation with Southern Illinois Beef Association, will be hosting an Educational Event to assist new farmers and ranchers.

The workshop will be held on March 22 at 6 p.m. on the main RLC campus in Ina. The event is geared toward those who are starting a new farm, have started a new farm or are planning to acquire an existing farm.

Travis Meteer, Commercial Agriculture Educator from U of I Extension will be presenting on Making the Reputation. David Kleinschmidt, Consultant from Understanding Ag will be presenting on Profitable Grazing. Dinner will be provided. Registration is required.
