INA, Ill. - The Future Educators Association at Rend Lake College had a "big" guest on hand for its first book fair on the college campus.

Clifford the Big Red Dog paid a visit to students from the Rend Lake College Foundation Children's Center who were checking out the goods at the fair. The event, sponsored by student members of the Future Educators Association, was held to buy books for the RLC Children's Library.

In the top two photos: Clifford leads Pre-K students across the FEA's "Chalk Walk" to the rolling book cases before posing for a photo with them.

In the bottom photo: Rend Lake College Foundation Pre-K students Ava Wheeler (LEFT) of Mt. Vernon and Kendra Metzger of Benton look at the book "Ponylicious" together while others browse the wide selection on display.
