Minimum Requirements:
• $20 Application Fee (non-refundable)
• U.S. Citizenship
• No Felony Convictions
• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
• Valid Driver’s License
• At least 20 years of age at time of examination
• Must be 21 years of age at time of appointment
• Must be under 35 years of age at time of employment, unless otherwise exempt by Statute
• Must possess a current and valid POWER test card as of Friday, March 21, 2025
• POWER test card must be issued 09/21/2024 – 03/21/2025 to be considered valid.
Testing Information:
Your exam will be offered electronically, and you will take the exam in your own home. Testing
session(s) will be offered to eligible candidates and will be proctored virtually. Session(s) will be
offered during business hours the week of April 21, 2025. No weekend or evening sessions will
be available – it is your responsibility to ensure you have the flexibility to test during these
times. In mid-April eligible candidates will receive an email with instructions on how to
schedule and prepare for the exam.
All portions of the testing process are mandatory. Failure to complete any portion of the
testing process will result in disqualification from the employment process.
