About This Position
Rend Lake College seeks a part-time Math Lab Tutor.This individual will assist in the daily operation of the campus math lab, tutor students in various areas of mathematics, conduct study sessions and monitor use of the lab, maintain attendance reports, assist the math department as directed, proctoring exams for math lab courses and other duties as assigned. // Part-time position, up to 24 hours per week during regular semesters.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in the subject area required, Master's Degree preferred.
- College teaching / tutoring experience preferred.
- All candidates will be required to successfully pass a background screening process.
SALARY & BENEFITS
- $18 per hour for Bachelor's degree and $20 per hour for Master's degree
