About This Position

 

Rend Lake College seeks a full-time Allied Health Coordinator. The job duties will include:

  • Lead development and CBE pilots of new courses for the Allied Health Department.
  • Develop and maintain close contact with various advisory committees.
  • Perform program reviews as scheduled and assigned.
  • Assist Allied Health Dean with Allied Health assessment.
  • Maintain field records and reports.
  • Recruit for the Allied Health department.
  • Assist in organizing special events related to Allied Health.
  • Attend conferences and meetings related to position.
  • Assist with grant reports as needed.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with in-district partners and clinical sites.

//50-week, non-tenure track position, grant funded position

 

Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in a related field from an accredited institution required, Bachelor's preferred
  • Competency Based Education experience preferred
  • Knowledge of allied health programs and curriculum development is preferred
  • Experience with allied health accreditation and assessment processes preferred
  • Must possess both good written and oral communication skills
Salary & Benefits
  • Salary range: $45,000 - $50,000
