Rend Lake College seeks a full-time Director - Competency Based Education. The job duties will include:

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education Technology, Education, or related field
- Experience with competency based education
- Experience in online teaching and curricular design
- Experience training others in technical applications
- Ability to interact with faculty and develop innovative ways to identify and meet their evolving needs
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills
- All candidates will be required to successfully pass a background screening process.
Salary & Benefits
- $55,000-$65,000 or commensurate with experience.
