For this approximately four-month-long position, we’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented professional who enjoys helping people and takes pride in delivering excellent service.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and able to communicate clearly with a wide range of members.
Qualifications & Skills: • Associate’s Degree (required) • Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail • Proficiency with computers and office software • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, & professional demeanor What You’ll Do • Assist members with account inquiries • Perform accurate data entry • Provide excellent service in person and over the phone • Support daily office operations Deadline to Apply is March 20!
