This institute included a two-step process where Heisner completed several training modules and exams prior to the in-person event. After the completion of these trainings, Heisner was able to, along with some of her peers, present a capstone project on various topics including classroom management, methods of instruction, curriculum design, technology in the classroom and administration and record keeping.

"We listened to several speakers and panels that covered topics such as AI in Curricula, Government Relations, Developing Impactful Relationships with Clinical sites and several other important topics," shared Heisner.
